That is not what Biden meant. Biden misspoke at first. But then he corrected himself. Pointing out that he does not feel that there will be a peaceful transfer of power if Trump loses. He feels that Trump will incite his followers again to commit acts of violence.

@James25 EVERYONE sane knows this. The ones that don't are trumpers. Big words and thinking gives them headaches. ;-)
