Communists are thieves. And private property is a favorite target. They're incredibly incompetent and unable to build anything for themselves in the real world. So they follow capitalism, because it actually creates the wealth they want to steal. They justify their actions as some form of equality. Everyone ends up equally poor and destitute, except the elites, of course.
It's no wonder why commies love gun control so much...

It effect all that are in the poverty and by numbers there will be more white because there are more white in poverty so yeah makes sense but you make it sound like it’s directed specifically to that race and NO… but treat ANYONE as a collective good is wrong 1000%

Rather than charge people if out of expectations for managing their properties and force compliance .. they will seize the property. Its govt theft of privately owned buildings.
