We all know, there's no voting our way out of this and the USA is headed for civil war!

Everyone is desperate to make sure people understand - war is coming and there's no way out!
Do you believe these liars? Why? Can't we still vote for peace if we try?

I've been hearing this paranoid theory for the last 40 years. Interestingly enough, a lot of it originated from the Right, in the earliest days. Conservatives were musing about a civil war to fix what the elections had failed to fix.

Every year, some nut job conspiracy theorist claims a civil war is just around the corner. And we've seen those really funny memes where the right says "well, our side has all the guns and we know which bathrooms to use."

So much of this whining and wailing comes from news sources that use the IF IT BLEEDS IT LEADS concept. A bunch of Nazis up in Minnesota were protecting illegal aliens and attacking ICE agents. One particularly violate bee itch tried to murder and ICE agent with her car. (The agent defended himself with deadly force and now EVERY news source is making a ton of money in advertising revenue by covering this story.)

Now the far left is calling for a civil war.

The really HILARIOUS thing is the fact that the worst concentrations of violence, (political and societal) take place in very small areas of the country, known as blue states. The rest of us get along just fine.

It's times like this when you need to engage in some serious self reflection. If every time you lose an argument in the public arena you feel driven to violence and call for a civil war, you have a serious problem. And election outcomes didn't cause that problem. There's this thing called being an ADULT.

Children and young teenagers engage in tantrums. Sadly, the left today has deteriorated to the level of children and young teenagers.
