Oh, dear! Our bank is bombing everyone again!

Americans used their privilege as "reserve currency" maker and global bank because they could finance their military nicely that way!
Now people are all picky, and don't want to use dollars anymore, just because of a few million deaths and a thousand military installations.
How will the USA make them use dollars again? like normal?
