It depends on what you mean by sovereign countries.

@Sayana
Then you need to remove Russia and India from you list.
Putin is taking deep loads from Xi Jinping and Howdy Modi, while trying to fake "independence" is angling for compromises.
Countries who all are full autonomous and can make their foreign policies, trade policies without coming into the pressure of any other country.

@Northwest Putin is Putin, No one is Like him in the World, Russia supplies Jet engines to China and other support but it's mutual not any compulsion.
Similarly, I like Inda's Stand, Despite Tremendous Pressure from US and NATO, India did not stop buying Crude Oil from Russia, Now Trump says, Ukraine war is funded by India, so he imposed heavy Tariff on India....but it has No effect on them.

@Northwest Trump is not a Politician, and he is a businessman, he lacks in-depth knowledge of foreign policies, but he will not be a President ever.
India supply plenty of medicine and Trump can't dare to impose Tarif on them, as it will cripple USA's health infrstrcture and supply chain.
70% of India's tech output is 100% dependent on export to the USA.

@Sayana He's not much of a businessman either, but that's beside the point.
India's exports to the US represent 35% of its pharmaceutical industry. The US imports about $175B worth of pharmaceutical products. $10.5B of that comes from India, or 6%.
Trump is trying to make that a huge issue, but he needs to deal with the other 94%, which makes this a much bigger problem for India, not the USA, in terms of who's holding the cards.

@Northwest I Can tell you one thing very Clearly, " USA can't be FRIEND of any country " ...Either you are an Ally of US, or you are an enemy of US "
Now, first when CHINA was rising in 1990's then USA did everything to prevent its Progress and Now, USA wants to weaken Indian's progress.
So China Knew it better than the Indians Know.
USA wants : A Strong India to counter China
USA wants : A weaker India who do what US tells to do

@Sayana Not sure what you're going for here, but you should try to get real data/facts, because using your prejudices gives you opinions, not facts. And you would often be wrong.
China's rise in the 1990s, was thanks to the US and the US economy, not despite it. That meant a semi-democracy, setting aside dictatorship. Xi Jinping decided to do away with that.
