Does OPEC backing Russia change the Ukraine war into a petrodollar war?

Russia is already essentially out of SWIFT, although I suspect that was never meant to be long term, so there's every chance Russian oil is traded outside the dollar system. If the Middle East cooperates with Russia, the petrodollar unwinds and then things get very uncertain from there. China and even India probably aren't opposed to a world where they don't need USD for oil

Both China and India have been working with Russia to create a parallel system for trade that doesn't involve the USD petro dollar. I think this might just accelerate the inevitable. No fiat currency lasts forever. I am sure the Brits thought the Pound Sterling would be the global standard forever too.
