The first day of your week off is a travel day. So that's wrecked.
The first two or three days youre still wound up and and most likely, sleeping and sitting off the exhaustion of work. So know you're aa third to just under half before you can really utilize the vacation. Then on the flip, the last day or two days you're feelkng the dread sink back in and you're also starting to get things prepped and packed to return home. The last day of your time off is also a travel day. So thats also wrecked.
That means in the best case scenario you have two maybe three days of actually decompression and relaxation. That's nothing.
