Actually, Capitalism is a force of nature, kind of like barometric pressure throughout the planet. Capitalism is defined as being able to trade with one another, to mutual benefit, with freedom and liberty.
As countries evolve and as travel and communication evolved, countries began trading with one another to mutual benefit. If you want to call that globalism, by all means. In the process, the standard of living was improved throughout the planet.

@Reason10 Apart from the bit about being a force of nature (all economic systems are man-made). I think you’re exactly right about the improvement in living standards overall. It’s dealing with those who get left behind as countries and individuals which needs to be regulated.
@Reason10 capitalism was a stage of development. It's over! Cling desperately to your past as you fall! Desperation marks The West. Together with capitalism you will disappear.
