If you want to get ahead in life then yes, get up earlier than your competition. If you want a work life balance then getting up at a sensible hour works

@justanothername What does ahead in life mean? You have the most toys when you die? You have the most stocks or robust IRA? Not nearly everyone measures a successful life through work and competition.
