Ban Fire Arms Now [I Hate Guns]

After this latest shooting by trigger happy police in the U.S.A , its about time they banned firearm ownership unless there is a real neccessity for owning one .For instance you are a alligator hunter etc .There is absolutely no need for the average person to own firearms .If this happened then there would be no reason for police to carry firearms .Like UK there should be a elite group of police only who are armed if needed and should be strictly vetted and trained .There are far too many trigger happy police in the U.S.A.Looking from the outside , I see not only trigger happy police but racism seems rife as well this needs to be wiped out .Maybe they need to vet more closely anyone who wants to join the force and the first time anyone shows signs of being racist fired on the spot no questions asked .

I'm not a gun guy but it's never going to happen. The ship has sailed. Plus - the US has what, 4 or 5 times the population spread out over a lot more real estate....it would be too hard to manage. Like politics today - your not hearing the moderate voices - responsible gun owners who DO advocate for some control. Accordingly your not hearing from sensible people on the other side who just want to ban assault weapons, etc. Thank you media! Your only hearing from guys in cammo hats saying "over my dead body" or grieving parents of victims. Like everything else now-a-days, there's no middle ground.

@luctoretemergo There is no reason for middle ground .There is no reason for the average joe to own a gun . A total ban would solve the problem .

@Rhodesianman That's maybe the problem - there needs to be middle ground. It's not comfortable and I'm not going to choose sides but realistically, it can never happen (a total ban)...so why not advocate for that. Something is better than nothing. Be well friend.

@MasterLee You dont need guns .Guns are not a neccessity in day to day life unless you live in the swamps or are living off grid and living off the land .Which is only a very small percentage of people .If you live in cities or towns or villages there is absolutely no need for a gun .
