Canada isn't supporting terrorism. Canada is paying out the lawsuit that the government LOST because they were found to have violated the rights of omar khadr.

It turns out that in candadian society a crime must be proven before you can be imprisoned for it.
Khadr's accused crime was never proven and wasn't even tried for a decade.

So what ACTUALLY happened was that his rights and freedoms were ignored because he was labeled the bad guy.
