I see what you mean about Trump being whiny but I think he is tough in his own way. He has made it to President of the US. All I am saying is do not laugh at someone with the nuclear codes. He has great power and is clearly a sociopath. He does this shit to control the agenda.

@sogdianrock: The logic of the Trump Presidency is beyond me but now you're saying because he is so unstable he might do something crazy is as goood an argument for impeachment that I've as heard

oh plainly so but he should never have been elected in the first place. Mental illness is socially constructed and the Trump voters determined him to be sane to the extent of wanting g him as President with control of The Nuclear Codes. So there is a problem stopping him as it would be seen as anti-democratic which no elected politician can risk.
Personally I do not think he is essentially unstable although he acts that way to throw his opponents off balance but essentially he has plans which he intends to put into effect.
It is all very frightening but one thing it is not is funny.

Sure anything is sane if you have the power to agree it is so. Merkel, for example, has just made Gay Marriage a matter of conscience for her Christian Democrat Political Party which will allow The Social Democrats to make Gay Marriage legal in Germany finally. In the past this would have been an insane idea to redefine marriage as being anything other than between a man and a woman for the purpose of procreation. Times change, in this case for the progressive better.
Trump and others who share his political views will test measures of sanity and all you list above but according to his own agenda. No doubt Trump thinks Merkel has had a hissy fit or two also.

They dare not lest they get something worse down the line. Same in The UK with Brexit. Trump will have to run his course. My concern is he is not a fool and he has plans which threaten The World such as his climate change denial agenda. It has been calculated there remain only three years to cut green house gas growth before runaway warming is unstoppable.
