More and more I'm becoming impressed with the Machiavellian technique Trump is using.. The latest was a tweet targeted at two of his biggest cable news detractors... The media is going gonzo over this tweet... What's interesting is that the two targets of that tweet have not refuted the FACTS of the tweet! But the machiavellian aspect? While the press is in their self-absorbed frenzy.. the wheels of change are moving... Tax overhaul is moving forward.. health insurance overhaul is going forward... Onerous regulations are being reversed... Judges are being appointed, unfettered immigration is being clamped down... He's throwing out some red meat for them to attack... and he's back to pushing his plans forward to Make America Great Again!!! Oh he's dumb like a fox.

Amazingly impressive indeed. Health care stalled in the Senate, no tax plan even being discussed. A couple of regulations under review. Has he had any repealed yet? And only a partial victory to show on immigration.

And the judges? One Supreme Court nominee confirmed. 1 judge confirmed for the US Courts of Appeals, but 19 more vacancies to fill. Zero judges confirmed to the US District Court System, and only 104 vacancies yet to fill. No judges for the US International Trade Court, and two vacancies to fill. And 22 more vacancies already announced that he'll have to fill.
At this breakneck pace by Trump (which is slower than any of his predecessors), he'll never fill all these vacancies during his term ending in 2020. In fact, he's nominated fewer people than the new vacancies that have been announced, so he's moving in the wrong direction.

I think you got the Machiavellian thing wrong. At this glacial pace, it is Methusulian. Making America Great Again--One Century at a Time.

You referred to inactivity.. Got a clue what activity is? BUt like a typical liberal... can't refute the data.. so divert into the minutia.

I'd like to see a good tax LAW passed. The only thing that has come out of the White House is some wingnut talking points. Not a bill.

The Senate is unlikely to pass the Health Care Bill. Do you understand that if they do, we still don't have a law? Do you understand what a law is and how it is passed?

These aren't liberal talking points. They are a basic understanding of how government functions. That's non-partisan. Did you take civics in school? Were you paying attention?

One final observation.. do you know the difference between legislation and execution? The executive branch doesn't draft legislation... All trump can do on his own are EO's...I'd think a 3rd grader would know that!

Tax plan... I'm sure you'd like to see a well thought out overhaul rather than a passed in the dark (we have to pass it to know what's in it) plan.. It will have the capability to transform our nation for the next generation or two.. much like Reagan's tax reform..
Healthcare... This one is stickier for sure.. The d's have been pushing a plan since 1993 and Killary's healthcare scheme while hubby was president. As it was, it took Bath-house-barry 17 months to get his bill passed by hook or crook..You do recall Ted Kennedy's seat was won by a conservative thereby taking away that 60 vote capability... resulting in the nuclear option being invoked... which is incredible that it took a simple majority considering it affected 20% of our national spending....Dude.. go get some new talking points.. ya ain't dealing with the liberals that you must hang out with.
