Have you heard the latest liberal bullcrap news story? Now they're saying Trump himself is officially under criminal investigation.

Do they really think we won't see through that? We've been over this a thousand times already! Trump's not under investigation. Comey said it, Clapper said it, even Trump himself said it and we all know he wouldn't lie to the American people. It's old news. We shouldn't even be talking about it anymore.

Unfortunately the average American doesn't know that leftism is totalitarian at its root and not even remotely democratic. Thus the leftists can not stand the fact that they lost the fair and open election and so are now engaged in a fanatical drive to have the election overturned. Today's shooting was symptomatic of the kind of person who has the leftist mindset. "I didn't get my way so I will engage in terrorist acts to get my way." This mindset is poison to an open democracy. In an open democracy it is quite alright to say that you disagree with president or his/her policies or direction he/she wants to take the country BUT that disagreement must never resort to the kind of mindless hatred shown by the leftist shooter and other leftist Americans who cheered the shooting at the ball field.

@hippyjoe1955: I know of no one on the left who cheered what happened today. It is a despicable act by someone with a warped mind. But that person is no more representative of the left than the man in Portland, Oregon that stabbed three people on the metro for standing up for a woman wearing a hijab, and killed two of them, is representative of the right.

What you do not understand is that most of the left is not trying to overturn the election. That is in the past. Their focus is on trying to prevent a totalitarian regime from taking over the country, stifling the free press and legitimate dissent.

@hippyjoe1955: Yeah, conservatives never commit politically motivated violence. Good point.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@USAalltheway: Other than the 2000+ hate crimes committed since Trump was elected, and the Oklahoma City Bombing, and the attacks in Kansas on the two engineers, and the attack on Planned Parenthood in Colorado, and ............
USAalltheway · 31-35, M
@windinhishair: All those incidents are just fake news or acts of Patriotism misrepresented by the liberal media.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@USAalltheway: Yeah, right. Gotta love those patriots who kill others. So every report of right wing violence is wrong, and every report of left wing violence is underreported? Got it. Go look under your pillow for the tooth fairy money.

We have the Second Amendment for a reason you know.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@USAalltheway: Yes, historically to allow the public to form a militia if necessary. There was no individual right to personal gun ownership prior to the District of Columbia et. al. v. Heller decision by the Supreme Court in 2008 in a 5-4 decision.
USAalltheway · 31-35, M
No, the Supreme Court just affirmed what the Second Amendment has always said. No thanks to the liberals.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@USAalltheway: That's just inaccurate. I suggest that you read the Heller decision. It is a landmark case because it upheld the individual right to gun ownership for self protection for the first time.

To get back to your earlier point, the Second Amendment doesn't exist to let right wingers kill people.
USAalltheway · 31-35, M
It exists so Patriots can defend American values and sometimes that includes killing liberals.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@USAalltheway: Now you're just being a troll. The real patriots are the liberals who are holding together a country sliding into authoritarianism.

Actually I have the complete right to say anything about any country I choose. I live in a free nation and have served in the military to keep it that way. You on the other hand have taken a lot of drugs and have never had an intelligent thought in your life.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@hippyjoe1955: While we don't always agree on politics, you do have a right to express your opinion.
USAalltheway · 31-35, M
@APhoenix: Of course I'm from America. What's the problem?

The point is that I was not discussing politics at all but rather pointing out that there is a left and right world view. It is universal in every country and thus my comments can be equally applied to the world view in my country and France and Germany and Russia and the USA and.....

@hippyjoe1955: I think it is much more nuanced than that. I've seen plenty of people who were very financially conservative and socially liberal, who don't conveniently fit into left or right. I look at it as more of a spectrum, with the two poles pulling apart and pulling a large percentage of the population in either direction. There are still people in the middle, but fewer than there has been.
USAalltheway · 31-35, M
@APhoenix: America not America? That just doesn't make any sense. I'm from America and that's all there is to it.
USAalltheway · 31-35, M
@windinhishair: Typical ivory league liberal. Believes in academic bullcrap like "nuance" and thinks it applies to the real world.
