Shouldn't Republican politicians in Congress propose the repeal of the 2nd Amendment? Wouldn't that be the honorable thing to do now?

If you're looing for someone to do something hourable look to the democrats and ask them to stop their hate filled rhetoric that encourages nuts to do this kind of behavior. There have always been differences in the two parties but in recent years the democrats have racheted up the rhetoric to insane levels with claims that republicans want you dead, republians want to push granny off the cliff. And obama racheted it up even more by calling republicans enemies of the people. And of course with the election of trump and the democrat's inability to accept defeat, it's gone off the charts. Get your own house in order before you start trying to run someone else's. And just to be fair, the repubs are not guiltless in this either.
