Tim Farron quits as Lib Dem leader.

Not a fan of the guy but thought he did a good job considering the party's reputation after the coalition with the Tories. Weird that he has gone before Theresa May.

I think the Lib Dems would have been srewed anyway. The hardcore Remain vote is small and the centre is weak. And yes, as you say, they are still correctly blamed for the coalition.

He has more time to repent now;-)
