We want to leave.
They owe us money.
They want us to pay for the stuff that we said we'd commit to.
We should turn round and say, er...no !
Where's the problem ?
If they want to draw it out and upset whatever goodwill there might be left, go for it i say !
Because every day they drag it out other countries are watching us wondering if they should do the same.

Pretty sure i read somewhere we fulfilled our quota of outgoings until the end of next year.
