You know "The Left" is stronger than ever? If anything it's The Right that's struggling atm...it's why more kids identify as conservative now as there's currently a very obvious imbalance.

@Fangirlsarah1996: Music to my ears. When I was your age it never seemed possible.
The Labour left would have been crushed by powerful forces if it wasn't for you and your peers. Thank you.

@Burnley123: I didn't vote for Labour...I honestly think The Left has too much of a presence right now and it *needs* to be balanced out more...it's mostly why Trump got as much support as he did...a lot of people saw him as an end to leftist coddling which is seen in most schools now.
Which is ironically why the Right tends to lose...they focus on improving the working class while the Left focus on education...thus eventually growing a new generation of Leftists.

@Fangirlsarah1996: I think Trump won because the liberal left had stopped representing the economic interests of the young and the working class. Not true of Sanders and Corbyn. I don't know how you think the left has too much presence. This last two years is the first time in my adult life that it has had any presence.

Well thanks to your friends anyway.

I laughed when a talking head said that Corbyn makes Sanders look like a conservative. That's downright scary.

@Burnley123: You mean what Corbyn wants has never been done before?

@GunSmoke9: I don't think he'll succeed in creating a socialist society but what he already has done (against powerful forces and formidable odds) is moved the Overton Window further to the left.

@Burnley123: Maybe the opponents need their own version of the Tea Party.
