How do you think Trumps Paris decision will effect the US and European relationships moving forward?

Not a big deal. Think about it. It's a bunch of countries making a pact to reduce the effects of global warming. They know the basics. They know what they have to do as individual nations. But decided they will only do it if you pay them. Sounds like extortion to me
