Are "refugees" the new lumpenproletariat?

From Encyclopaedia Britannica: Lumpenproletariat , (German: “rabble proletariat”), according to Karl Marx in The Communist Manifesto, the lowest stratum of the industrial working class, including also such undesirables as tramps and criminals. The members of the Lumpenproletariat—this “social scum,” said Marx—are not only disinclined to participate in revolutionary activities with their “rightful brethren,” the proletariat, but also tend to act as the “bribed tools of reactionary intrigue.”

The "social scum" words are Marx's, not mine. Basically the lumpenproletariat does not have class conscience, cares just for themself, and does not hesitate to serve bourgeois interests.

Maybe not all of them but certainly 95%
In Holland only 3% from all who came, got the official refuge status after the investigation of their back ground, that says enough.

@kingkyrie: That's why I wrote "refugees". Most of them are not true refugees, they do not come from war zones, and their attitude gives a bad name to those who actually seek for refuge.

But the word sounds more moving than immigrant

@kingkyrie: It is their right, and our right and duty should be to be sensible and not allow it
