Special prosecutors always figure out a way to keep themselves employed by prolonging the investigation until they can figure out a way to create an actual accusation. It's usually caused by the investigation itself.

@Jackjjacksonjr: Maybe so, if ignoring timelines and putting carts before the horses can work. Pretending that Russians could have, even if they wanted to throw off election results (which is debatable) is idiotic. It's not like they fixed a race to have Nixon win against a Robert Kennedy. It was Trump vs Clinton. Reember the young Clintons? The ones who went to Moscow in their youth? What the hell?
