Less than 24 hours before the explosion trump gave a speech in front of the leaders of 50 muslim majority countries on fighting terrorists. Could this just be a concidence or reaction

There are tens of thousands of failed attacks every year in the U.S. alone. While it may be they don't need a reason beyond we don't do what they say.
