@SimplyTracie: I'm trying to mend my ways. It's just so ridiculous how completely devoid of insight the idea of impeachment is. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that Trumps impeachment would make our situation on both sides of the aisle a hundred times worse. Chaos and vulnerability would rule the day! I will say it for the 100th time. The US would would become as vulnerable as a slug in a salt mine! Globally and domestically.

@puck61: He will not be impeached but it sends a message to people and generates debate. Of course I realize that the radicals aren't going discuss anything rationally but hey it might for some.

@SimplyTracie: I hope it blows over soon. Right now, I would call it mass hysteria. I'm not some kind of ultra right wing person. I just want to see prosperity, security, and stability, and truly believe Trump could take this country to it's former glory or even above and beyond it's former glory. Trump is only an idiot to those who can't see past the fact that he talks like a construction worker. I'm a very insightful person, and I know that Trump is a whole lot smarter than he sounds. I see him as the potential salvation of this country, so naturally I see this anti Trump hysteria as the potential destruction of a wonderful dream that we almost saw come to fruition. For me and millions of others, it's like the left is dropping an A bomb on Camelot.

I'm not far left in any sense but I don't see him wanting to take care of our elderly and our sick. On a humanity scale of 1 to 10, I rank him a big fat zero. And that is very important to me.

@SimplyTracie: I understand, but Trump is too arrogant to break his promises to his voters, and everyone including minorities, the poor and disabled, and the elderly would be much better off under his leadership than they have been under any other president including LBJ. Trump wouldn't be false like LBJ was either. LBJ's altruism was not genuine. This was LBJ's reason for the anti poverty act. This is what he said...":These Negroes, they're getting pretty uppity these days and that's a problem for us since they've got something now they never had before, the political pull to back up their uppityness. Now we've got to do something about this, we've got to give them a little something, just enough to quiet them down, not enough to make a difference." ..... Trump is not the racist that LBJ was but is sincere in his desire to make life better for the disadvantaged as well as the advantaged.

It is scary that anyone could think #45 is the salvation of this country. He is a simpleton with simplistic ideas. Don't believe me? He said so himself. "Who knew healthcare was so hard?" Only everyone in the world who has been paying attention since the 90's. He still thinks trickle down economics will help the working people who voted for him. The only thing he is smart about is tapping into hatred of the left and political distrust, even though he is less trustworthy than any politician in the history of the Nation.
