@questionWeaver: Well let's get serious as to what the left (logical thinkers) are upset about and want for the country.
We realized a long time ago that it is not illegals killing our jobs, but the corporations and wealthy who bring them in to depress wages. Starting with Reagan war on unions, jobs for the working man have been subjected to constant cutting of wages to increase corporate profits and pay huge windfalls to corporate elletes. As this was happening, to increase profits even more, corporations outsourced their business to other cheaper labor nations, while right wing politicians blamed other races for the problem created by these same elletes. Unions and the higher wages they got their employees where destroyed through legislation, and wages actually started declining. All the while education was attacked by right wing politicos and less educated and less qualified teachers started teaching a redacted history. As the populace became less educated in history, unions were attacked as being communist and unamerican.
The middle class was toast, and you uneducated ignorant fascists were supporting your own demise based on an alt-right education and FOX (faux) News pushing fascist propaganda as US history.
Facts the US economy has performed better under Democrats than Republicans, but the 1% have done much better under Republicans. The economy now is all Obama's, until October. The rich don't spend the extra money they get in a tax cut, thus it doesn't stimulate the economy. History; our forefathers warned us against an active world involvement in foreign affairs. You breath the air also, making it worse hurts you and your family.
The problems in this country are not black vs. white/brown/yellow/red but rich vs. everyone else, get a clue.

As a percentage of the economy, Obama racked up less debt than Reagan or Bush. Reagan more than tripled the national debt. Single payer national Healthcare which liberals want would save half of our health expenditures now, and for those who want increased coverage we could use a hybrid system like Germany.
