I vote republican but I do not agree with their platform on abortion or gay marriage. But I learned a very long time ago that being against something and trying to stop it won't stop it so the left's scare tactics do not work on me.

@thatscottishguy: lol...It's my conscious that prevents me from voting democrat. I rather like my constitutional rights and I aim to keep them. I'll do anything to keep those totalitarians out of power.
