Politically motivated terrorism in Scotland?

People in council offices in Angus had to evacuate as a suspicious package was found that had a letter claiming there was anthrax inside and said "get SNP out, Tories in". This came a day after a suspicious package which contained crystals which were intended to alarm people was found in an SNP MP's constituency office. Nothing yet to say there was any anthrax but still horrible to even threaten something like that. Can't help but think it would be plastered over BBC news had it been an SNP supporter doing this to the Tories but no mention of it so far.

Imagine if it had been a Muslim. Or an SNP supporting Muslim. The Daily Mail would be writing articles about 'common threads' between Scottish nationalism and Isis.

This is the first I have heard of it though and o follow political news.

@Burnley123: BBC had the news of the stabbing at Whitehall plastered up yet this goes unmentioned.

@thatscottishguy: Come on. Five people died at Westminster (not Whitehall) and many more might have done. According to your story, nobody has been hurt - just a "suspicious package".

Its anthrax though. Normally it's something they'd jump all over.

It's not even a case of what's more juicy. I'm not saying the stabbing shouldn't be reported. Why just one though? They've had plenty of time to report this.

@thatscottishguy: The stabbing was just the end of it. He drove through loads of pedestrians first.

That's awful but still no excuse for not covering something horrible just because it's election time and the Tories could look bad.
