I live in Canada, and I'm happy here. We have hot summers (in some parts of the country) and freezing winters. The weather is all over the place, but it is nice here

I seriously considered it when Trump got elected. Canada would be good, for me. Not too much of a culture shock. It would probably be the easiest place to assimilate in. And i love snow and the cold. Fuck 110F weather.
But. Since it is similar to the U.S., its culture doesnt really interest me. Culturally, I would prefer to go to Japan. I love Japanese culture, for the most part. It has its issues, but so does everything. But. It would be a big culture shock. And I don't know if i would like being in the excessive minority. In the end, people naturally prefer those who are like them. So, I'm not sure what kind of disrespect I would get; or how I would deal with peoples' preconceptions.
But, I'm getting off topic. Canada would be a decent place for me, I think. I would be very thankful for the lack of gun violence. And violence in general.
