Are Republicans just as fickle as their new Commander-In-Chief ?

In 2013 , when Obama was President , a Wapo-ABC News poll found that only 22% of Republicans supported the US launching missile strikes against Syria in response to Assad using chemical weapons against civilians.

A new Post-ABC poll finds that 86% of Republicans support Trump's decision to launch strikes on Syria for the same reason.

Trump himself repeatedly warned Obama in 2013 not to attack Syria :

The President must get Congressional approval before attacking Syria-big mistake if he does not!

AGAIN, TO OUR VERY FOOLISH LEADER, DO NOT ATTACK SYRIA - IF YOU DO MANY VERY BAD THINGS WILL HAPPEN & FROM THAT FIGHT THE U.S. GETS NOTHING!

— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) September 5, 2013

President Obama, do not attack Syria. There is no upside and tremendous downside. Save your "powder" for another (and more important) day!

Democrats and Republicans support the current measure with more troops and arms that certainly will be sent there. Propaganda will be put forth in the media, but it will accomplish nothing except needless waste and destruction (which will not be seen by many average people).
