Are Republicans just as fickle as their new Commander-In-Chief ?

In 2013 , when Obama was President , a Wapo-ABC News poll found that only 22% of Republicans supported the US launching missile strikes against Syria in response to Assad using chemical weapons against civilians.

A new Post-ABC poll finds that 86% of Republicans support Trump's decision to launch strikes on Syria for the same reason.

Trump himself repeatedly warned Obama in 2013 not to attack Syria :

The President must get Congressional approval before attacking Syria-big mistake if he does not!

— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) August 30, 2013

AGAIN, TO OUR VERY FOOLISH LEADER, DO NOT ATTACK SYRIA - IF YOU DO MANY VERY BAD THINGS WILL HAPPEN & FROM THAT FIGHT THE U.S. GETS NOTHING!

— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) September 5, 2013

President Obama, do not attack Syria. There is no upside and tremendous downside. Save your "powder" for another (and more important) day!

So what happened to the when I'm president I'll bring home all the troops from war?

Remind me, who put them there in the first place?

The other idiot Republican president.

It doesn't matter Obama said he would bring them home, instead he sent more. He promised the people if elected he will pull all the troops out.

@lifeasmakamae:

It was a war based on lies matters quite a lot, actually.
Hawnheart · 61-69
He could have stop our involvement by pulling out.
flossy · 41-45, F
It was the only reason why I voted for him.
Hawnheart · 61-69
But he did not fulfill his promise.
Don't get me wrong I don't condone the war but both republican's and democratic's say things they don't mean just to get your vote.

@lifeasmakamae: I agree with you.
