yeah once, I showed up an hr late for work. I was the main chef doing meals that day for Easter Sunday and I had organised everything to perfection. The dinning room was beautiful ....everyone was hanging around waiting to be served lunch. I manged to pull through with help of course but I wanted to just drop dead at the time. There were about 50 people to fit in. nightmare!
