A dare say his credibility has eroded to the point of nonexistence.
May I also add, I do not believe GOP members will risk their reputation - especially when they are being met with opposition by constituents in their state. As long as people protest, their representatives will be kept accountable. This is what gives me a glimmer of hope.

@pezzza: A president's budget is judgement of his morality -- in which Trump has none. You can see it clearly in the people that will be effected the most in his budget cuts (the elderly, urban city, the arts/humanities). These are the people who will be paying for his wall. Meanwhile, Trump pays 0 in taxes. It's not a coincidence that his decade old tax return surfaced days before his budget was released. He is a conniving rat bastard.

@plainspoken: I couldn't agree more. Some of the programmes which will be slashed are ones that will directly impact those people most disadvantaged who incredulously thought as President he would look after their interests. They were fools to believe his lies.
