The president changed his mind as he is entitled to do regarding only one the US SDNY. Of course the other 45 are being replaced.

@Pherick: The law doesn't state that the president can't change their mind especially if it involves the old administration. It's still Trump's choice either way you look at it.

@satanburger: I don't think anyone was arguing about the law. Of course its still his choice, I was just arguing that the wording used in those articles is different because of how they happened. Obama came in, removed people as is normal for new presidents. Trump came in, said they could stay, then two months later changed his mind.

Still his choice, by by telling them they could stay, then not, I think it changed the tone.
