Why hasn't Trump locked Clinton up as he promised?

The bitch was recorded in an interview laughing about successfully defending someone she knew was a rapist. She's a sociopath that doesn't give a shit about anyone but will tell you otherwise behind a fake smile in an attempt to gain power.

Directly, it's not, indirectly they've both committed many crimes because of it, I like how your argument is from a legal stance though, as if morality wasn't enough to want people like that dead.

I value my own morality more than any law that was created by someone else.
But regardless of that, they've broken laws, and thus should be behind bars.

Take your pick, Hillary should have multiple felony charges against her just from when she worked as a corporate lawyer, she should been charged as a felon as soon as the interview footage was released, she's admitted to destroying evidence in order to win that case. Or just look a the fact she tried to start a war with Russia, and no doubt would have if she'd have become president, if intentionally starting a war isn't a crime then I really don't care what is.

Trump's defrauded the students of his own university, violated federal law by claiming he'd donate proceeds from many of his products to charity, (though there's no proof that he ever did) violated election laws by emailing foreign officials to solicit political contributions and his vow to use torture on suspected terrorists would violate the Geneva conventions. He would be committing war crimes.

I don't even care which laws they've broken, I just hate the fact that they get away with it time and time again, while simultaneously being portrayed as heroes.

Thankfully I'm not but America is still one of the more powerful countries, so no doubt all of us will end up feeling the impact of their terrible leaders sooner or later.

He's got to be the most hated president to date, so I wouldn't be surprised if someone takes him out. It would honestly be funny if he was impeached though.
