Does hanging out with Russian officials equal trouble? It seems a lot of politicians do it.

How was Sessions meeting the ambassador in Jeff's office one time where it was officially logged and in a groups of two hundred the second time where it was photographed a serious issue please? To think those two things were anything other than a simple human mistake following Al Franken's four minute rambling "question" / filibuster is ludicrous.

Inasmuch as those two events were very clearly documented and everyone knew is do you seriously think Session's response to Al Franken's five minute filibuster/question was other than an innocent mistake. Sessions interpreted and imposed the ethics rules upon himself while others said they were not applicable. It's a non issue at this point.

@Jackjjacksonjr: you asked a very general question, and now you choose to be specific about what you meant...as far as i can see he said he didn't talk to the russians, and it turns out he did..It's not a complex thing.

I don't agree with your covering it up and lying about it is what mist people believe claim. I believe most people believe that Sessions was overly careful and proactive in refusing himself from an investigation regarding the campaign and Russians since Sessions was a Trump surrogate. To claim otherwise is just seeking to divert attention.
