What do you think about this article?

Care to comment? About a week ago some folks were calling Trump anti-Semitic.

This is a very interesting development.

Names are thrown around in order to receive the desired affect. Unfortunately many don't stop to reason they just jump on the band wagon.

@USMCGUY: Sorry, in general.

I read the article. The lamestream media won't touch it for two reasons I can think of off the top of my head.

@august maybe when you have time you can circle back and read the 6 or 7 paragraphs and then formulate a position.

Till then, get some sleep.
Trump's a racist. I'm convinced of that. And I know people who think he's anti-semitic unless it's someone who can do something for him, because that's his thing---using people to get what he wants. As for the dailycaller.com, that's probably not the best source for your information.

Having integrity and acknowledging when you are wrong is different than choosing to get news from multiple sources are two different things.

As I stated earlier, I don't think too many left leaning outlets will be touching this one. I brought this up for discussion. Just in case someone on the left or in the middle wouldn't have seen it.

I don't think that I am trying make some kind of a statement, I am trying to inform and be informed.

Are you saying you only get your news from left leaning sites?
@bijouxbroussard:
@USMCGUY: Do you think Reuters and the BBC are left-leaning ? They're both international news sources and have no real "dog in the fight" when it comes to U.S. politics. The dailycaller, on the other hand was founded by by Tucker Carlson, a libertarian conservative political pundit, and Neil Patel, former adviser to former Vice President Dick Cheney. So NO, I'm saying I try to find neutral sources when I can.

@USMCGUY:

Do you actually think there is a remote chance bb even attempts to obtain balanced information?

@Stereoguy: oh shit!!!!? It was really on Fox? Wow!!! We all know that Fox doesn't stir the shit, because Rupert Murdoch has a sterling reputation for honesty.

@Stereoguy: Fox's miserable reputation for integrity and accuracy precedes Trump. I get that he's alienating some of his friends and that Fox doesn't like the idea of POTUS calling anyone fake news, but Fox is not a legitimate news source, and in court, when faced with proof of their intentional lies, the only way they could defend themselves was by saying that most of their "news" is entertainment and that people like Hannity and OReilly are not legitimate newspeople and have no ethical or legal obligation to the truth.

I know I'm ranting, and that Fox arguably has a tiny bit of self interest in claiming that it tries to police itself, but I just can't resist telling anyone that citing Fox as a sole source that they might as well be listening to Pinnochio. It's like saying monsters are real because they showed them on Scooby Doo.
