The people on here really astonish me.
Dainbramadge · 56-60, M
Why is that? If oyu don't mind me asking.
thatscottishguy · 26-30, M
Maybe it's just the different cultures as most here are American and the US has been dragged so far to the right. It just baffles me that anyone could get behind Trump or Hilany.
jackjjackson · 61-69, M
@thatscottishguy: fair enough. What are your thoughts re Brexit and a potential secession by Scotland?
Dainbramadge · 56-60, M
@Jackjjacksonjr: You the man. :-)
jackjjackson · 61-69, M
@Dainbramadge: thank you sir. You're on a roll yourself. THEY just don't understand that real Americans have had ENOUGH.
Dainbramadge · 56-60, M
@Jackjjacksonjr: Nope they sure don't. Hell the girl thinks the green party is the way to go LOL
thatscottishguy · 26-30, M
@Jackjjacksonjr: Very much for Scottish independence. The EU I'm not a fan of but I didn't agree with the reasons highlighted by the Brexit campaign. The bad things about the EU for me would remain in Tory Britain anyway. Now it seems the way we will get independence is through the idea that we can stay in the EU. Not a fan of either but I'd rather get out of the UK now and maybe decide on the EU down the line.

@thatscottishguy: Interesting. You're a nationalist. Me too. Think LePen will win?
thatscottishguy · 26-30, M
@Jackjjacksonjr: I'm not that kind of nationalist😂. Only nationalist in that I want self-determination. Can't stand far-right groups but I think there's a chance. With so many so-called "socialist" governments in France betraying their principles and it leading to failure plus the fear over terrorists getting in the country it makes sense that the country would move to the far-right. I hope it doesn't happen though.
jackjjackson · 61-69, M
@thatscottishguy: The media characterizes what used to be moderate as far right. Part of their effort to deceive us. I agree that self determination = nationalism. Again the media tries to make it something sinister since it doesn't match their NWO agenda.
thatscottishguy · 26-30, M
It's not like the media has gone left and is accusing moderates of being far-right. It's that in the US the Republicans have been dragged further right by the tea party twats and the media is right of centre which is where the Democratic Party is on the spectrum. In the UK and France the far-right has become more popular too. In the UK we are becoming like the US because of this and we have no major left-wing party now. The media hasn't changed, the parties have. Also far-right governments who attack the poor and people of different backgrounds benefit the Elite/the NWO more as it results in more money for them.
thatscottishguy · 26-30, M
I should say some of the media* obviously Fox news and Co aren't.
jackjjackson · 61-69, M
@thatscottishguy: You're behind the times. The tea party is long gone. The current categories are:

1. Dying traditional democrats
2. Dying traditional republicans
3. Populist republicans
4. Race baiting liberals
Dainbramadge · 56-60, M
@Jackjjacksonjr: I'll take race baiting libs for the block. LOL
thatscottishguy · 26-30, M
The tea party may be gone but they got similar minded people to the top of the party and into Congress.
jackjjackson · 61-69, M
@thatscottishguy: thye are in the process of being ferreted out 😀
thatscottishguy · 26-30, M
Does it annoy you that Trump has signed so many executive orders in his little time in charge? I remember republicans being angry at Obama for that. Seems odd to me. Considering it should be a lot easier for Trump to pass legislation.
jackjjackson · 61-69, M
@thatscottishguy: not at all. Things get fixed faster this way.
