That whole argument was stupid.
Schools are so terrified of being sued. Either by parents who say the school refuses to acknowledge their childs perceived sexuality or by other parents saying their heterosexual child is being 'exposed' to things they don't want their child to acknowledge until they're.....30 !!!
Of course, common sense dictates that you just have 'BATHROOMS' that anyBODY can use and you kill all the fuss instantly !
But where's the political capital in THAT !
