Do u believe that Donald Trump cares about Blacks?

Or is he trying too hard to impress the Black community with rhetoric. Or sensational promises. He has Black friends. But they are celebrities. So he just likes their money right. The wealthy Afro Americans. And not middle class blacks. What do you think. 🙂
