I think that there is such a thing as unbiased news, it's just very difficult. I think ideally journalists should get training to use non-leading and unbiased language in their writing, in a similar way to how police officers are trained to conduct interrogations.
However at the same time, I think a certain degree of bias is important in journalism, at least to the extent that opinions do matter somewhat, and because frankly being unbiased to nonsensical things being passed off as truth only comes off as support for insane and possibly dangerous ideas.
