How many Americans know the difference between Obamacare and The Affordable Care Act?

Getting some intel that a lot of Americans don't know this....

@Scubaguy027: Sorry, the GP deleted my question for some reason. I wasn't trying to start a fight. I earnestly believe with nonpartisan cooperation it really could've worked. I know several people (some veterans) with pre-existing conditions, who had comprehensive coverage for the first time in many years.
