The American judiciary must be made to realise that what president Gump says is the law. They must shape up or ship out.

There are 3 branches of government for a reason. All three seem to have forgotten their role.
Congress legislates. They determine what is law, passing/abolish/amending the rule of the land.
Judiciary validates. They determine if the law or actions in question is legal under the framework of the constitution.
Executive operates. They take the laws, and put them into action, directing priorities and overseeing the process.
NONE of the above branches have been sticking to their business in MANY YEARS.
