I suspect that for you everyone who isn't a flaming liberal is 'an idiot'. The fact is that GWB was very highly regarded for his handling of 911 then completely blew it by never answering his critics. Don't get me wrong I was never a GWB fan. I am just making the observation. I respect a president that fights back than one that becomes a door mat.

@UnparalleledMonster: I do understand that the media and many fringe democrats are sworn enemies and should Trump not respond they will take it as admission of guilt. In a more civilized political environment Trump would not have to respond the way he does but that is not the case in the US and the world right now. Good on Trump for giving back what the 'libeals' want to dish out. The fact is Trump is using liberal tactics on the liberals and the liberals don't like it. From memory a Bush supporter was vilified for using the word 'niggardly' by the rabid liberals. How dare anyone use that word. Well guess what the word is Scandinavian in origin and in the context it was used was proper English.
