Are YOU a patriot? Would you take up arms to defend the USA...or...would you roll over and collaborate with the enemy...which by the way is tantamount to treason and is punishable by hanging...

Maybe I should explain myself...I spent fifteen years in uniform...I was an active Marine until a few years ago, I spent four full years in combat and that was my choice, I put on the uniform because I WANTED to serve and the rest of my so called family were cowards. I believe in America, I believe in the flag, and when it comes right down to it, you fight for flag and family and if you can't/won't put it all on the line for those two things, then you need to be living out of this country, maybe Russia, Norway, Venezuela...just somewhere else and leave this country to the patriots...

Thank you for your service. However, my brother served in the Marines as well and was involved in Desert Storm and Somalia and NEVER called the rest of the family cowards who didn't serve. Further, I have MANY family members currently enlisted and who have actively served if Afghanistan. They have never, ever lorded it over us. You sound like an absolute ass. Who is going to raise the kids while you run off to kill "The Commie Bastards?"

understand your POV, however, when I made the coward remark, that was true, maybe you had to be there to understand. Not lording anything over anyone, I asked a question without explanation and that was unfair. And I THANK your family members for going and doing and outing it all on the line...SEMPER FI
