First, the Republicans are cheating, they're not allowing mail-in ballots in areas that tend to vote Democrat. So there's a good chance Talarico loses.
Second, if he does win, the state government might just refuse to let him take office.

@BohoBabe Dude. You're still confusing suspicion with evidence.
Texas has restrictive voting laws, some of those restrictions disproportionately affect minority voters. There are concerns about polling-place closures. I'm not disputing that.
But that's not what you originally claimed. You claimed Republicans are deliberately withholding mail-in ballots from areas likely to vote for Talarico. So again: Where is the evidence of that specific policy?
The fake electors scandal doesn't prove your argument either. It proves that an attempt to undermine the election happened in 2020. It doesn't prove that every suspected electoral abuse is happening again.
Saying "they might be doing it secretly" is pure conspiracy. You're saying that as an excuse because you have no evidence.
You're not thinking critically about this at all. You're using pure confirmation bias.

Again, at some point we have to use a bit of common sense. This has been a pattern of behavior with Republicans. They have done everything they could to rig the elections.
So yes, they probably are going to withhold mail-in ballots from areas likely to vote for Talarico. If you can't see that, then you haven't been paying attention during the last ten years.
Fun fact, right-wing media has been claiming the riots in France were caused by immigrants funded by George Soros. I predicted they would say that. Not because I'm psychic, but because that's what they always say. If you pay attention, you know what the Fascists are going to do next.

They are incapable of introspection. They'll demand recounts (without payment as required by law) and scream about stolen elections.
