We all know a storm is coming. It may dwarf what happened in the aftermath of the '20 elections. What happens in the next few months could actually determine if our democracy survives.

Anyone who doesn't believe trump wants to end our Constitutional Republic and install an authoritarian government in the United States of America is both ignorant and stupid.

@MoveAlong My fervent prayer is that Demented Donnie realizes that if he doesn’t handle the midterm results of a massive BLUE WAVE like an honorable man that he can kiss his last two years goodbye—because if he blows his whole wad on trying to overturn the midterms there should be enough of our legitimate government left that he’ll go to prison where he belongs.

But Cassidy Hutchinson’s testimony before the January 6th Commission (especially tRUMP’s remark when he ordered the metal detectors removed) makes me question whether the MAGAts will be stupid enough to try another violent overthrow…

Republicans are coming to the realization that having Demented Donnie stumping for their candidates and talking about men’s ***censored*** isn’t helping them at all.

And they’re not forgetting that tRUMP and Paranoid Drunkard Petey “Makeup Boy He Man Wannabe” are planning to resume bombing Iran right after the midterms…. And they know what that unnecessary war has already cost them!

@FrogManSometimesLooksBothWays I think that they’re trying to concentrate their challenges at the state and county levels to get votes thrown out, make legal challenges, etc.

If an election result faces a reasonable challenge, that may prevent the Democrat candidates who actually won to not be sworn in on time.

If they are planning violent uprisings (and these strategies are not mutually exclusive), they, too will have to be at the state and local levels—and they’ll need to blame them on the Democrats so that they can move in their ICE thugs.

I sincerely hope that military members would recognize any such orders as ILLEGAL and VIOLATIONS OF THE UCMJ!
