And a very, very serious one at that

It manifests in his illegal actions such as the extrajudicial murders he and Kegsbreath ordered which are clearly defined as war crimes in the UCMJ and LOAC

It manifests in his utter disregard for national security

It manifests as his lack of political savvy in his cuddling up to despots such as Putin, KJU, MBS, etc.

And, frankly, his dementia and his history of TREASON ON JANUARY 6, 2021 should have not only kept him off the ballot but put him in prison
