So…
“What is a “no true bill?”
A no true bill (also called a no bill or not a true bill) is a decision by a grand jury that the prosecution has not provided enough evidence to show probable cause that a crime was committed or that the accused person committed it.
No Indictment: When a grand jury returns a no true bill, they refuse to approve the criminal charge. This means a formal indictment is not issued.
Charges Dropped: In most cases, a no true bill forces the prosecutor to drop the charges and the accused person does not have to go to trial.
Not a Finding of Innocence: A no true bill does not legally declare a person innocent; it only means the state's current evidence failed to meet the required legal threshold of probable cause.
Can They Try Again? In many jurisdictions, prosecutors may re-submit a case to a grand jury later if they find new or stronger evidence, though rules vary by state.

Thank goodness parts of the federal judiciary aren't bowing down to the White House toddler.
How many of trump's tantrums have been thrown out of court?

@Crazywaterspring Well, technically this never reached any court. The grand jury said “nope, there’s no case here” and refused to indict.
Doubtless they’ll try again.
And do you know what their whole “argument” was? Cassidy testified that a Special Forces Agent told her that tRUMP had told the Secret Service agents to drive him down to the Capitol to see his riot and when they refused to do it (which was the correct thing to do as their job is to protect the POTUS and keep him out of danger) Demented Donnie lunged at the driver and tried to grab the steering wheel.
She did not actually see this herself but the agents told her about it and that’s exactly what her testimony was—that an agent told her. Now tRUMP’s DO(in)J is claiming she gave false testimony.
I am sure that there is a video of her testimony as it was aired when she testified.
There clearly is “no true bill” here—just another “Demented Donnie FABRICATED LIE bill.”
