Do you think it's okay to burn the American Flag?

The flag, a sign of respect of the millions who died to keep this country the way it is today. Burning it is spitting in the faces of those. If you want to cry about a president don't take it out on something as harmless as a flag.

Meh, so it's a form of protest you personally don't like, that doesn't make it wrong either objectively or constitutionally. Incidentally, part of dying to "keep this country the way it is" included preserving the rights of citizens to protest against the state, it's symbols and it's holders of authority, including in ways that others may find offensive. Flags should never be deemed more important than ideals, and some people burn the flag to state that they feel that the US is falling short of those ideals. Whether they are correct or not is always arguable, but your assumption that flag burning is a direct and intentional insult to veterans and casualties of war seems to be more about making an assumption you can be outraged about than about understanding the nuances of civic discourse.

If I don't like someone, I don't burn them to the stake. It's a childish form of "patriotism".

If you can't tell the difference between a decorative piece of cloth and a sentient being then you really are in no position to call anyone childish.
