Burning any flag, I think is bad.

SW-User
Yes, it's an act of free expression of grievance against the state, which was the underlying principle behind the first amendment.

You'll forgive me if I don't find your input particularly worthy of respect.

@Auberon89: I don't need your respect. I don't share your views.

Good for you 👍🏻

no nor any other flag
CaptainCanadia · 41-45, M
Sure. It's one of the most basic forms of political protest. If you ban that, then what kind of freedoms do you really have?
SW-User
Freedom of speech is no longer existent.

It's just cloth. Like the whole country's burning, elections are rigged, and only burning the flag is a crime?????
SW-User
@naankebab: How many people died to keep that flag raised?
SW-User
@Kinevil: idk man...but I've watched twelve years a slave and read history.

@naankebab: Congratulations.

@Silhouette: Frame it and put it on a wall.

@Kinevil: Options man.

@Silhouette: You burn it in the correct and respectful way, not with hate.

It's freedom of expression for first world problems.

I think it is bad. Cause wasn't a flag made for different countries for a reason? Not only a symbol of where we came from but to show respect as well.
Xena1234 · 51-55, F
What a ludicrous question. You may as well spit on all of the graves of the soldiers who died to protect that flag and what it stands for.

@Xena1234: You lost me when you resorted to calling names. If you're supposed to be a Christian, you don't represent your faith very well. Bye, now.

If you paid for it then go ahead and burn it. It's your money being wasted.

K answer.
I remember when Native Americans did during protests in the 70s, and I understood their reasons. It's not something I would ever do. But I'd happily see the Confederate Battle flag burned to ashes. 😒
