Does Trump Have A Speech Impediment?

He's having trouble pronouncing Dr. El-Sayed's name. His full name is Abdulrahman Mohamed El-Sayed.

And only insisting that because he's the President of the USA, he can change someone's name.

I'm sure he did not call the Emir of Qatar, whose name is Tamim bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, "baba bababba" when he asked for that $400M luxury plane.

Trump is suffering from dementia.

Trump doesn’t have a speech impediment per se, but he is terrible at pronouncing multi-syllable words (e.g. “Yosemite”) and he pretends that he is being sarcastic when he babbles a word and right in the middle of it realizes that he doesn’t know how to pronounce that word.

His command of spoken and written English is below average for native born English speaking adults. His reading level is even worse. More advanced language skills such as articulating a coherent argument or smoothly transitioning from one topic to the next he finds even more challenging.

But what’s really troubling is that his thinking is even more disjointed and convoluted than his speech.

His reading level is even worse.

I've said this before but I'm willing to bet he has never read a book in his life.
@MoveAlong When he was peddling his cheap Chinese Bibles with Greenwood he said he has a Bible or even two in every room. Yet he couldn’t quote a single Bible verse. The farcical “reasons” for this he gave didn’t even make sense.

He can’t read from his teleprompter. His speech writers dumb everything down to a third grade level. He doesn’t understand fractions or percentages, he’s ignorant of American history & geography—much more so of world history & geography.

One is forced to ask: is he the first Neanderthal POTUS? (No intended offense to Neanderthals.)

@KunsanVeteran Well he does know there are at least two Corinthians. Of course he has no idea who or what a Corinthian is.

He has myriad impediments of which speech is one of the least.

He couldn't pronounce Kamala.

He has feces coming out of his mouth making it hard for him to enunciate.

It's not pathological. It is just so lazy of the brain, he doesn't even try to think straight anymore.
